LIFTS REPLACEMENT PROJECT COMMENCES MARCH 2026

The Owners’ Corporation will be replacing all three lifts in the building in 2026. Expected rollout:

•     1 March – 30 June 2026: Replace tower lift 1

•     July – end October 2026: Replace BOTH tower Lift 2 tower and Lift 3 (Public Car Park/Level 5 left)

This means that:

1.    Only ONE of the TWO TOWER LIFTS which access all floors will be available from March – October 2026

2.    The lift to the public carpark – “LIFT 3” – will not be available from July to end October 2026.

3.    Expect SIGNIFICANT NOISY WORK associated with the replacement work. The contractor will be working BUSINESS HOURS: Monday- Friday 8 am – 5 pm. They will not work on weekends or public holidays.
